As the chosen provider, DRC will deliver end-to-end digitization services, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in secure and innovative records management solutions.
Under the agreement, DRC will manage the secure transportation of records from agency sites to its state-of-the-art document conversion center, adhering to rigorous chain-of-custody protocols. The comprehensive services include information architecture planning and data management, high-quality, compliant digitization processes, enhanced search capabilities, optional secure hosted document management services and secure storage of records during work-in-progress plus support for output quality validation, ensuring optimal service delivery.

Leveraging its extensive experience, DRC’s digitization and digital transformation services will support diverse applications, including Criminal Records, Fingerprints, Human Resources, Wellness, Training, Communications, and Finance.
