DRC was chosen as the vendor to convert decade's worth of a criminal files into digital format for import into the corporate ECM system. DRC will convert files dating back to the 1950's containing a wide variety of document types including mug shot photographs and finger prints, long with a wide variety of forms, colours and document conditions.

DRC has implemented a stringent transportation tracking and inventory control system and will provide the Service with 24X7 on-line access to "documents-in-process" ensuring that front-line officers have access to documents off-site within the hour.

DRC is also providing the Service with use of its hosted DRC-ifile document management system which provides secure digital storage and robust document search capability over an easy to use secure web application which will support the Service during the deployment phase of the corporate ECM system.
