Data Repro Com Ltd. signs agreement to supply hospitals and children’s aid organizations across the province with end-to-end Digital Transformation Services
DRC has been contracted to provide end-to-end compliant digital transformation services enabling hospitals and children’s aid organizations across the province to migrate from legacy patient and client files to digital records.
The broad range of services include file de-location services, where DRC inventories and prepares files for transport to the DRC’s production facility, secure transportation of records as well as scanning and hosting of digital records in DRC’s hosted repository for secure on-line access.
For those organizations which have in-house platforms or systems for digital storage and access, DRC will format the electronic content for seamless ingestion into customer systems.Recognizing the age of some of the legacy collections, DRC possesses the capability to digitize multiple content types including paper, microfilm and microfiche, as well as non-tagged or non-searchable electronic documents.
Regardless of the number of content types, DRC’s digitization solution will integrate all content into industry standard formats, making the information accessible using standard search terms, anytime and anywhere.
DRC’s compliant conversion process, complete with capture and archiving audit controls and quality assurance procedures, has enabled the retailer to authorize the destruction of original paper records, a service also provided by DRC.
As part of the end-to-end service, DRC is also providing document storage services for thousands of boxes, permitting organizations to immediately free up valuable office space.
In order to ensure business continuity during these large scale conversion efforts, DRC enables authorized customer personnel to request access to records on-demand during work-in-process, via DRC’s secure Urgent Document Request portal.
DRC is a preferred provider of document imaging services to the Canadian Federal Government.
