Major Ontario Government Digitization Contract

Data Repro Com Ltd. (DRC) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a significant outsourcing services contract to support the Government of Ontario’s large-scale document digitization initiative. Under this engagement, DRC will digitize approximately 375,000 files annually, representing an estimated 30.5 million images per year, with structured weekly deliveries into the Province’s OPSdoc enterprise content management system.

 

This award reinforces DRC’s position as a trusted partner in high-volume document conversion, digital transformation, and secure information management. The scope of work includes document preparation, high-speed scanning, image quality assurance, indexing, and secure data transfer ensuring that all records meet strict government standards for accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.

 

Leveraging its advanced production facilities and proven workflow methodologies, DRC will implement a scalable, quality-driven process designed to handle complex and sensitive records with precision. Weekly delivery cycles will ensure a consistent and reliable flow of digitized content, enabling faster access to information across government operations while reducing reliance on physical records.
