Government Modernization Initiatives
DRC helps federal and provincial ministries and agencies turn legacy paper and microfilm into compliant, AI-ready digital records without interrupting service. Files stay accessible throughout the project through DRCSecure and the Urgent Document Request Portal, supporting faster decisions, better citizen services and Freedom of Information requests.
Government Records Digitization Without Disruption
DRC delivers secure, end-to-end government records digitization and content modernization that helps federal and provincial ministries and agencies turn legacy records into accessible, compliant and AI-ready digital assets.
Compliant transportation, chain-of-custody controls and high-volume digitization remove document storage and access problems quickly. Ministries keep uninterrupted access to critical information throughout the project, as in OPSdocs and GCdocs implementations where departments operated “business-as-usual throughout the project with immediate access to documents during work-in-process.”

Compliance and Security
DRC is certified to CAN/CGSB-72.34-2017, the national standard for electronic records as documentary evidence, so the digital records we produce are built to stand up as evidence and to support approved disposal of paper originals. Our NAID AAA certification covers that secure destruction.
DRC holds federal security clearance at the Protected B level for document safeguarding, and every box and file is tracked under documented chain of custody from pickup to delivery.
