- Secure content ingestion: every item is logged under chain of custody, assigned a cryptographic hash, normalized and de-duplicated, creating a complete inventory and a definitive source of truth before any AI enrichment.
- AI content understanding: content is read and classified by type, and key information and entities are extracted across the archive.
- Semantic indexing and knowledge graph: documents, people, organizations, assets, events and risks are connected by meaning, so users search by meaning rather than keyword.
- Insight generation: contract risk, performance trends, compliance gaps and process bottlenecks surface through dashboards, alerts and natural-language search.
- Decision support and automation: insight moves into action through updated dashboards, workflows and intelligent automation.
Compliance and Security
DRC is certified to CAN/CGSB-72.34-2017, Electronic Records as Documentary Evidence, so the digital records we produce are built to stand up as evidence and to support disposal of the paper originals. Our NAID AAA certification covers secure destruction of paper once you approve it. DRC holds federal security clearance at the Protected B level for document safeguarding, and every box and file is tracked under documented chain of custody from pickup to delivery.
Every item is hash-verified at ingestion, so AI enrichment never alters the record you rely on.
